What is offered with airport service?

Avalon Limousine offers door-to-door service in a private vehicle of your choice. We provide complimentary water. Your chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and our reservationists can accommodate special requests as needed. 

Where do I meet my chauffeur when I arrive at the airport?

We offer, "meet and greet" service* and curbside service. Your chauffeurs will monitor your flight and plan to arrive at the airport 15 min. after the actual arrival of your domestic flight and 30 min. after the actual arrival of your international flight unless otherwise instructed. This is to allow time for luggage pick up and/or to clear customs and so you do not incur unnecessary waiting time charges.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Your chauffeur will monitor all flights before they leave our location and adjust the time they leave accordingly. There are times that the chauffeur has checked the flight and everything is on time only to find out upon arriving at the airport that the plane is delayed. Our chauffeurs will wait for your flight. There is a minimal waiting fee billed on the ¼ hour, but our chauffeurs will not leave you stranded if your flight is delayed. If you do find out your flight is going to be delayed, please call our office immediately, anytime day or night and we will get in touch with the chauffeur to make them aware of the current flight status. If it is after office hours, you can still contact your driver as there will be an email sent to you the night before your trip providing confirmation details that include your driver's name and cell phone number. Account holders are given an account manager who will be reachable 24 hours a day 7 days a week for emergencies. Remember, we do check our email and voicemail constantly please do not hesitate to call.

When do charges begin and end on the day of my limousine reservation?

The total timeframe of your trip is calculated based on the distance from our office to the initial pick up location, if you first pick up location is within our service area the charges will begin at the time you choose as your pick up time. Trips outside of our general coverage area are billed garage to garage; this is based on the chauffeur's time of departure from our office location until the return to our office location.

What is the minimum amount of time I can rent a limousine?

In general there is a three-hour minimum in most cases such as any hourly services, in any vehicle. There are exceptions, our stretch limousines, stretch SUV limousines, and Luxury buses generally require a five-hour minimum. All of our wedding packages are based on three-hour minimum packages for any vehicle. Please contact us today with specific questions regarding hourly minimums.

How can I decide which size limousine will accommodate my needs best? 

All vehicles have a maximum total capacity when manufactured for limousine services, by the number of passengers they are allowed to transport at one time. Below are the vehicle types that we offer with the maximum passenger capacity listed. We encourage all clients who are traveling with luggage to take that cargo amount into consideration as this may affect which vehicle will accommodate your party.

How do I make a reservation to book my limousine?

Call us at 610.525.4400 to create your reservation today, for personal or corporate accounts we will
create a profile to include all information so future trips can be easily and quickly booked via telephone, email or even text message. For all new clients we do ask for a credit card authorization form to add to your profile, your reservation total will be billed upon booking and all future trips will be billed upon completion. 

Deposits are required for all special events, proms, weddings, and bus services. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable, they will be charged upon booking. 

What form of payments do you accept?

Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you would like to pay by cash or check we do still require a credit card authorization form to be filled out and kept on file in order to guarantee your reservation. All personal check payments or cash payments must be received 10 days prior to your event. 

What is the customary gratuity for my chauffeur?

Standard gratuity is between 15% and 20% and is already included in your total trip rate. Any additional gratuity can be added to your charges with notification or given to your chauffeur.

What is Avalon Limousine’s cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled vehicle departure are subject to a 50% rescheduling fee. Cancellations within 3 hours of scheduled vehicle departure time will be charged the total trip fare. No-shows or cancellations after scheduled vehicle departure will be charged full fare, including gratuity.

What is Avalon Limousine’s internet privacy policy?

Avalon uses Google's Interest-based advertising or 3rd-party audience data such as age, gender, and interests with Google Analytics to learn more about our clients.  We do not share any data or information to third parties.

Prom faq's

How far in advance should I book my prom limousine service?

We recommend that all students book their prom limousine as soon as the prom committee announces that date and location of the prom. Since our area does have a considerable amount of schools and more than
one school having a prom on the same weekend, it is important to set up service to ensure you will have the right limousine to accommodate your group.

How do I go about booking my prom transportation with Avalon Limousine?

Prom is a very special night for many students and it is important that we speak to parents to ensure that all the details are set up properly. We are delighted to be a part of your special event and are dedicated to ensuring that we create the most memorable and pleasant experience for you and your families to remember. 

There is a 50% nonrefundable deposit due at the time of booking. All balances are due 10 days prior to your event.

Students and parents are required to sign a “Parental Consent Form” the form explains that only the passengers listed will be permitted in the vehicle and that there will be no smoking, drugs or alcohol in the vehicle at any time. If any part of the agreement is broken, the passengers will be returned home and no refund will be given.

Our prom package includes a professionally trained and attired chauffeur. Your chauffeur is dedicated to serve you and your every need.  It is important to note any additional stops and changes to the itinerary in advance to ensure all parties, parents, passengers, chauffeur and office personal are aware of where the young students are at all times. These changes can be made up to 24 hours in advance with no additional charge. Gratuity and fuel charges are also included in your prom package.
